Granny Smith apples, lemon, lime, hay and Brett funk. Clean, simple grain. Short, semi dry finish. Nice sweetness level. This is really good and refreshing.

500 mL bottle. One of the Afterthought standouts to date.
Soft, tart, mild herbal, green apple, citrus, floral. Soft body, smoother finish from fresh bottle. Can't wait to try this again with a little more age.
