I had this on draft 9/13/23 @ the Beer Temple.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
Small white head; decent lacing remained.
Lemon, flowers & oak notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon, dry gin, flowers & oak flavors; the gin notes grew stronger as this warmed.
Dry, bold & interesting.
I'm not the biggest gin fan in the world but I enjoyed this.

Somewhat cloudy golden body with a thin white collar, surface lacing, and active carbonation. Great botanicals lead the nose before tart lemon, funky yeast, huge oak, and gin waves crash in. Lighter but clean nose. Taste explodes in how much it opens up: grass, lemon, grapefruit, oak, flowers, gin, pine, funk, and pithy pineapple. Little on the sweeter side, but very refreshing. Classic afterthought feel: starts wet and cool, then drys out like a fine champagne by the finish, tons of wood tannins and yeast.

500 mL bottle.
Bright golden, slightly hazed body with a dense creamy white head. Dandelion is much more balanced here than the non-gin version. Earthy, herbal, grassy, tart, straw, low key funk.
