Fantastic example of what a table beer can be. A touch over 3% in ABV, it carries lemon rind, citrus, and just enough acidity to be crushable. Good stuff, Afterthought!

Bought at Beer Temple (the store) to have with dinner.
I kinda forgot that Afterthought has this tart thing going. And typically for me, tart often interferes with the food. But, Table did its job cleaning my palate.
Looks risky, all that cloudiness; reminiscent of Hazy IPAs. Smells are its strong suit, lemony; so Table can go with any food that you'd use lemon on. Tastes have a balanced tart, but it really finishes too dry for most foods to do their thing.
I like Afterthought and give them big OA hugs for making the saison their focus. It is a difficult style, particularly when barrel aging gets involved. But, Afterthought is getting it.... just perhaps try less tart.

Thought this was fantastic table beer, a style, that admittedly, I have regarded as an... afterthought! Alright so with that I will say I wish I had this one new year's eve, a perfect beer for that evening because of high carbonation, effervescent and elevated feel, dry finish, and low abv. The smell was slightly funky with lemon, flowers, and wood bark. The taste was where it was at, with artfully sour lemon, great wild backing, delicate yeast and grains, vibrant flowers, and a crisp orange zest to boot. Wonderful
