Pour murky golden body with a full white head and patches of lacing. Smell is the star here: rye, rustic grains, grassy and earthy hops, hay and lemon. Taste has those agressive hops dump dry leaves, hay and grass into my mouth with rye and grain being the second wave, out of balance to me as sour lemon is the weak finish as the only contrast. Feel is hoppy for style, bright, bittering more than sour.

This is a Saison brewed with pilsner malt and rye alongside Noble hops. Extra bitter version of Noble that is fermented in stainless steel. Had this from a bottle and wow was it carbonated. Poured it super slow but the head kept building up slowly for a few minutes after the pour was done. It had some bitterness to it with a very light and pleasant lemon taste. Really dry finish but not as dry as some of the other Afterthought beers I've tried. Really good beer.
