We are very excited to introduce a new version of Brno, our table saison brewed with plenty of Czech Saaz hops. This is a barrel fermented version of the original, adding a beautiful backing oak character to the base beer, which itself shines with plenty of floral and citrus notes from the Saaz hops. This one is crisp and dry and will leave you coming back for more.

500ml bottle served in a snulip. Bottled February 15, 2022. Don't see ABV anywhere on the label. Got it from @FBarber.
Pours a mostly clear light gold with a dense, tight head around a half-centimeter in thickness that settles into a thick, lumpy skin. Smell is funky, fresh lemon and pine, light fresh cut wood, something earthy.
Taste is on the tart side, with a light chardonnay-without-the-butter character, some dry wood, clear lemon / pine-sol. Moderate lemonade sweetness.
Mouthfeel is dry, light, effervescent. Overall, this is a really good beer. Untappd says it's 3.2% abv. I wish I knew of more beers this tasty at that ABV.
