Easy Harvest is a harvest ale made with organic whole leaf hops from Tip Top Farms in Vermont. This beer is brewed with whole leaf hops as opposed to hop pellets which we use for most of our beers. This beer’s flavor is very reminiscent of an English ESB, Extra Special Bitter. ESBs are special(just like you) but despite its name not very bitter(depends on who you are). It is a well-balanced light amber ale. This beer is fairly complex as you get an up front hoppiness balanced my a nice caramel malt finish.
