A: Raspberry red coloring, decent clarity, with a milky smooth coating atop of one half inch. Light carbonation release. Nice coloring cherry blossom?
S: Tart and funky scent, red wine, but seemed a bit off. Decent strength.
T: Acidic red wine flavor, lightly sour and vinegar hints. Rose water, funky fruit.
M: Light body, limited carbonation. nothing special.
O: Overall accessible kettle sour beer, but the scent seemed a bit off, the mouthful nothing to write home about, and the flavor very limited in enjoyment. One of the few down points I have experienced here.
