At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from Small Batch Dispatch's September 2024 curation. My third beer from the fine Hamilton, Ontario brewery. (The label on my can stated 5% ABV, not 6.4%.)

This isn't much to say about this offering, so I'm not giving it a full review. It poured with a thumb of head that disappeared, the body is a fairly standard yellow that shows middling carbonation. The nose is mild straw at most, which isn't offensive but just not there. The taste is straw, mild barley malt and earthy hops, the mouthfeel is sudsy with decent carbonation with a mild aftertaste and the beer is drinkable, but this is generic summer lager, there is nothing more to say. Not bad, but not much to write home about. At least it avoids the skunk and metal twang bigger brewers seem to suffer from I guess.
