Review from notes. Sampled at MERIT brewing.
Appearance - Mostly clear, bronze colored brew with a touch of haze and a small collar of off white head.
Smell - Brett funk with sweetness, grapes and peaches muddled in too.
Taste - Matches up with the nose. Surprising fruitiness and sweetness. A touch too sweet with the peaches and grapes clashing a bit rather than meshing.
Mouthfeel - Crisp and reasonably light for near 18 proof. Great fizzy carbonation and dry finish.
Overall - An interesting brew, maybe not the best but the experimental elements are appreciated.
