Aroma is sweet lemon/citrus, funky/slightly musty hops and a hint of soap. The flavor is mildly sweet lemon/citrus, malts/slightly musty hops grains and a very slightly soapy/spicy hop finish.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned Sept 2020, had 10/14/20.

Pours a fairly bright orange, hazy, with a one and a half inch creamy foam head with very good retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of orange, pineapple, some grapefruit, pine as it warms, light malt. Smells grassy and somewhat floral. The flavor starts with more grapefruit than the nose, then orange, tangerine, pineapple, malt, pine as it warms, light white grapes. Tastes floral and grassy, tangy. There’s a light amount of hop bitterness midway through the finish. Smooth, fairly crisp, a very good lighter body, well carbonated.

Liked this more as I worked through the can. Juicy, lots of citrus. Very enjoyable.

16oz can pour into chalice. Fine white head lacing web-like. Mango-pineapple hue nose of tropical guava sweet pineapple. Soft creamy mouth feel, finishes sweet and sugary. Light hops on backside. I've had many IPA'S from local Chicago brew house. This one adds to the list of exceptional. St. Errant you're awesome!!

Poured super opaque and hazy orangy yellow, with a finger of white foam. The smell was upfront in the tropical fruit complexion, especially guava, mango, and melon. Has floral and hops to support. Taste is watered down in comparison, with the hops barely around at all. The fruits are not as vibrant, and really the taste gives way to an overly sweet finish, disappointing. Body is thin, even for a hazy, but the creamy feel is inviting. Has great aspects, but needs refinement.

Thanks to (good trader’s name redacted) for this 16 oz. can of hops, from a brewery that’s new to me. Decanted while watching the Vikings flail to a 3-0 Q3 deficit.

The juiciest looking IPA ever – I literally can’t see through the damn stuff. Is that good? The nose is citrus, wildflower honey, high alpine meadow, cane sugar. Sweet.

Expanding Symmetry comes from the wrong side of the tracks: sickeningly sweet. Mild citrus, touch of pineapple, just a ghost of bitterness isn’t nearly enough to stand up to the gobs of dull white sugar overwhelming my palate. Thick creamy, should be given out in one ounce samples.

I’ve run into a handful of these “NE IPAs” over the past year that look like one, smell like one, & seem like they’ve just been bathed in cheap, basic sugar. Two ounces to broke. Terrible beer.

16oz can, PKG DATE 10/09/18. Murky, opaque pineapple juice colored body with a thick creamy ivory head that slowly fades. Huge juicy tropical fruit hop aroma of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, and guava. Flavor is similar to aroma with notes of pineapple, guava, grapefruit, passion fruit, piney mango, and grassy hops. Full & creamy body, tart resinous bitterness builds on the palate in lingers past the finish. Really good NEIPA! Definitely worth the try if you see it!
