Sugarcane Oolong Tea Ale

Poured from the 16 oz can into the test glass.
A - Lite straw colored back drop. Very active carbonation, that operates like seltzer. No accumaulation but plenty of action.
S - Grainy, with a clear Oolong thread, earthy with a bit of mint, white pepper, raw sugar cane.
T - In a blind test you would lean toward hard cider, great tension between tea and sugar with a quite nice grainy aspect. I feel like theres a strong wheat component.
M - Spritzy, delicate and dare i say refreshing, Lively palate, with a sweet start, and pleasant move toward ashen dry finish
O - An interesting offering, again its like a belgian Wit and a strong cider mashed up. One I would like on a summer day
