Yep, we hear you loud and clear! You've been asking for more dry and crispy lagers, and we've got one more for you. Our California Pilsner brings you the big hoppy flavor and aroma that you like in IPA, but the drinkability and lower abv of what you're diggin in a stronger Pils. This one gets hit with a heavy dry hop of Strata from Indie Hops, as well as Citra and Mosaic.

Had on tap. Almost looks like champagne on the pour, bubbly bright clear gold, tight white cap. Smells like an ipa: piney and weedy hops with lemon and orange leading other citrus, bread rounds out, but in a bitter sense. Taste is actually pretty balanced between the sharp and pungent hops and the crisp, clean, and full breadiness of the malt and yeast. Feel is sneaky full, crisp, and bright, carbonation could be a little lower. This is a good IPL.
