Sustaining and creamy, off-white head. Medium light amber, with a bit of orange, for a side hue, completes the look. Caramel malt, mixed with a bit of floral, tropical fruit and a touch of pine, makes up the aroma. Moderate levels of mixed citrus, mainly grapefruit peel and medium toasted barley malt, off to the side, for the taste.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Dated: Simco, Colman Farms, 9/05/22. On the old side for a fresh hop, but we'll see how it goes.
Pours clear brassy golden, huge head, collapses into a rocky mountain range. Smell is a little cat pee, weedy simcoe aromas, a little bit of grain tea underneath.
Taste is tons of melon, which is a bit of a surprise, and a really sharp pine bitterness, some honeysuckle.
Mouthfeel is light, smooth, maybe a bit too still. Overall, pretty good.
