A saison with Japanese bitter orange. While I can't claim familiarity with that fruit, there is an unusual and pleasant citrus here. Not overpowering, but blended in with the base saison, which is pretty classical: dry, spicy yeasty flavours. There is a slight bitterness which works well. Refreshing, with a nice calm body that benefits from a moderate carbonation.
