A - Hazy, pale straw colored beer. Throws two fingers of dense, cream colored head.

S - Hints of pale malt up front lead into a pronounced aroma of ripe citrus, and a pleasant, perfumed, sort of floral scent. Hints of ginger lead into a center that is earthy and spicy in a way I can't quite identify. It's somehow floral and peppery, but not peppery at the same time.

T - On the tongue, I get more of what I noticed on the nose. Flavors of ripe orange juice up front lead into floral perfumed flavors. The body is light and gentle, spritzy carbonation carry the flavors across the tongue. Flavors of orange juice give the palate a nice backbone, carrying the flora, peppery flavors deftly giving the whole thing a delicate, wonderfully refreshing quality.

O - Overall, this is a very respectable saison. It's delicate, gently spicy, and refreshing. Godspeed gives an interesting take on a European style of beer by giving it some very tasty Japanese flavors.

A-Golden yellow with a white head that remains as a thin layer
S-Herbal spiced notes of capsicum and fermented vegetables
M-high end carbonation and a burning throat aftertaste
T-Pepper forward with a pleasant mix of flavours, that are quite savoury
O-Interesting beer. Needs to be enjoyed with a meal that enhances flavour and experience.
