Gold body, unfiltered, forming a white head, thick and fine with ok retention of 1-2 minutes.
On the nose, spicy phenols, lemon zest, touch of must, simple.
Flavour is a burst of yeast spice, accompanied by lighter fruity esters, undiscernible; if anything, might say peppery, coriander, very light banana; unfiltered yeast contributes to a mouthcoating feel, lightly fatty; prickly carbonation, crisp and dry, medium body; some hop bitterness in the finish provides balance, no flavour.
Very well attenuated, simple, refined brew. Well crafted and worth a try.
