On-tap at Death Ave Brewing Company
A: The beer is clear dark mahogany red in color. It poured with a finger high light beige head that died won, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass and some patches of bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of biscuit and toasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of biscuit malts with notes of toasted malts and caramel. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has an interesting mix of malty flavors but isn't too malty or heavy on the palate as there are a god amount of underlying hops to help balance things would without contributing much in the way of bitterness. It is very drinkable.
