Poured from pint can into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a nice dark brown with 1/2 inch tan head with decent retention.
S: Smooth dark chocolate, medium roast coffee with cream, roasted malt, and a hint of hazelnut.
T: Sweet milk chocolate with toasted hazelnuts, medium roast coffee with cream, vanilla, and roasted malt.
M: Light body. Malty sweetness with a soft and slightly creamy feel. Mildly dry and bitter.
D: A nice example of style and the hazelnut note is superb. On the sweeter side, but certainly not overly so.

Aroma is fruit/coconut, toasted/dark malts and chocolate. The flavor is chocolate, coconut, dark malts, mild coffee, fruit/dark fruit and an acidic/slightly sweet finish.

Poured from a crowler, light black with brown lacing, but no foam. Smells like a roasted coffee drink in the fall, caramel, chocolate, a hint of cinnamon, and of course coffee. Taste is similar, but sneaky dry with the cocoa, mixed nuts, light bark, and a roasted malt body that is artful. Body is lighter and dryer per normal, but has unique mixed textures, giving the beer something to stand out with. Very curious to try some variants

Tasted this beer at More Brewing. Roasty, chocolate, silky, smooth and a little sweet is how I would describe this beer. A lot of roasted malt and chocolate up front. But he beer is a little sweeter than most Porters I've had. It has a really nice smooth mouthfeel to it.
