Collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World
Our collab with Hop Butcher!!! We both brewed up a huge 10.5% triple IPA base with loads of sticky, sweet honey. We both loaded it up with fruity and dank citra and galaxy hops. Our version leans heavier on the galaxy, while their version leans heavier on the citra - a cool experiment, we think.

10/13/18 (Villa Park): $6 10 oz snifter draft pour purchased at More Brewing. 10.5% ABV Triple IPA with honey. Orange golden pour, mild carbonation, light white ring. Faint citrus aroma. Excellent blended offering, sweet honey citrus taste balanced by slightly bitter hops. Light carbonation, silky smooth mouth feel, easy drinking. Overall very good offering.

On draft at More drank side by side with hop butcher version.
Juicy hops / Galaxy hops awesomeness; low bitterness. very well done. This is better than the hop butcher version. Legit NEIPA for sure; Trillium quality no doubt.
