We decided to take some of this new 12% base stout and aged it on Tugboat Coffee, cinnamon, cocoa nibs and vanilla. This take on spiced Mexican coffee is decedent and sweet, with balance of all four ingredients along with the base stout.

Super buttery. Taste is a bit too vanilla and a touch off but still quite tasty. Extremely sweet and "pastry".

rating number 3,000!
black bodied stout. pours very thick.
Aroma is a straight up fudge bomb.
Flavor is a fudge bomb.
Thick body with low yet adequate carbonation. Well hidden abv.
Overall: these Hennas are so fantastic. A beer that you hate because you can't get your hands on them easily, but you love it when you do get to consume one.

Another super good Henna. Chocolate and cinnamon dominate on the nose. Cinnamon is the major flavor I taste, with chocolate a close second. Coffee is on the back end and gives it some much needed bitterness. Can't really tell the vanilla is there. Also very low carbonation.
All in all, it was really good. For me, it was a nice mix between Batch 2 and Swirl (minus the barrel aging). Hopefully they do put this in barrels because I think it would make it that much better.

*Poured from can into a snifter.
L: Pours thick and jet black. Minimal Head.
S: Smells like all coffee when cold and the chocolate and cinnamon come out as it warms.
T: Similar to taste. Mostly coffee when cold then the cinnamon and chocolate come out.
F: Thick chewy typical more stout.
O: This beer is fantastic and I love the new canned format.
