Had on tap. Great tropical fruit coming out strong on the smell: pineapple, starfruit, melon, passion fruit, and guava. Taste has very nice juiciness from the fruit, plus a hint of orange, solid hops cascading in for the bitter finish. Medium to light bodied, highly drinkable, no sign of booze at all. All around good work

Tasted on tap at More Brewery. Big time tropical fruit smell, pineapple, pear, passion fruit. There is a little bit of bitterness to this but it's the tropical fruits that are more in play here. I can't believe this was 8% as it hides the alcohol well. Very nicely done by More.

On tap at brewery.
Minimal head and relatively no lacing.
Smell is overripe candied fruit.
Taste follows with pineapple/melon as well as guava/white grape.
Medium to thick mouthfeel. Really costs the tongue and good back end carbonation.
Wish they didn’t sell out of 4-packs because I’d love to take some home to TN.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at More Brewing Co. on November 30, 2018. Brewed with Citra, Galaxy, and El Dorado hops. This hop saturated beer has aromas and flavors of super ripe pineapple, pear and papaya.

This beer is pretty much how I remembered it from Ram brewing in Schaumburg. It’s essentially the genesis for the NEIPAs that are out there today in the Chicagoland area.
It pours a generally thick head that settles after about 2 minutes or so. The mouthful is pretty consistent with other offerings from More. There is a bit of a bite at first, however, the juice hits pretty quickly. It drinks very easily for an 8% ABV beer.
It’s not the absolute best NEIPA, but it’s really good all the same. It ranks up there with some of the best from the brewery.
