I love to hate on More stouts. This one is impossible to hate on. Nice balance of bourbon, pecan praline, milk chocolate, and toasted pecans. Very smooth stout and it's drinks on the lighter side of most big stouts; this is not a negative attribute. It's really really excellent.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at More Brewing Co. on October 12, 2019. Imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels for 20 months. Then aged on organic raw coconut, candied toasted coconut, Ghanaian cocoa nibs and pecan. Really sweet.

Released fall 2019; drank 10/25/19 @ Cullom House.
An even pour yielded a minimal dark tan head; no lace.
Coconut, graham cracker, oak & milk chocolate notes in the nose.
Smooth, medium thick mouthfeel.
Coconut, pecan & graham cracker flavors up front; oak & milk chocolate notes on the finish. Faint bourbon notes emerged as this warmed.
A glorious, unique imperial stout. I wish I had a closet full of this...

Sampled from a small snifter at the brewery on October 12th after picking up my lottery bottle. This beer is amazing! Wonderful blend of the flavors. My mother in-law who doesn't like beer was along and even she ordered a small glass of this.
