Bought one can from The Beer Temple. And I'd like to buy more (pun) next November.
This is a very sophisticated quad for a 4 year old brewer who specializes in IPAs and imperial stouts.
Apricity Looks average for a quad; keeps its foam better than at least half the 45 quads I've had (but that median is a guess, of course.) Smells are the medley of dark fruits that I expect from a quad, but the spices are uncommonly well-balanced and subtle. Tastes are also balanced; expecting a sweet palate, there was just enough spicing to encourage another sip. This sits in my mouth fine. And like a good dessert, I don't want it to end.
In my mission to provide positive feedback (particularly to Chicagoland micros), I did a bit of research and went on More's website. I am impressed. Immigrant brothers living out the American Dream, hiring talented brewers, offering a very interesting menu and, most important, tapping other brewers in their taproom to show what they like and to set a standard for what they want their brewing to become. All said, I'm glad to bump More for more OA Hugs.

16oz can
thanks to Ken for giving me a can to try
L: brown with reddish hues; foamy beige head
S: spices, dark caramel, Belgian yeast, bread crust, plum
T: spices are warming, dark candi, caramel, bread crust, raisin, plum, earthy hops
F: fuller body, ample carbonation, balanced and dry finish
O: a nice addition of spices that may have been a bit heavy handed; but overall it’s a decent & unique quad
