Can you hear the saison sing? This rustic farmhouse ale is dry hopped with a healthy dose of Nelson Sauvin which is carte blanche with delicious crisp and fruity flavor.

Released 1/20/23; drank 2/7/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, bubbly white head; strong, frothy tree-rung lace.
Lemon, strong ganja & mild banana notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon, strong ganja & mild banana flavors.
The dry hopping has turned a nice saison into a weed dispensary; wish I could have tried the base beer instead. Too much.

Pours a very hazy (bordering on opaque) golden orange. Lighter carbonation than I expected, but still a decent head and bubbly enough on the tongue.
Hops are predominant -- Tank 7 immediately comes to mind, but with less of a straightforward pale ale character, and a few more citrus notes. Mouthfeel is average: it's definitely heavy, but it's got a hint of creaminess that offsets the brightness of the hop-forward taste.
