Cloudy dull yellow/orange appearance.
Cloudy orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE white head; strong, frothy tree-rung lacing remained.
Strong lavender, Lemon Pledge & faint vanilla notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon Pledge flavors up front; overpowering lavender notes on the finish.
If there's a saison underneath these gross lemon & lavender flavors, I couldn't tell. A disgrace to a classic beer style. Perhaps these two breweries (looking at you too, Derive) should have stuck to a hazy IPA for this.
