500 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 7/26/24, also had at Beer Under Glass 5/2024.
Pours a yellow orange color, opaque, with no head and no lacing. Aromas of coconut, rum, orange, pineapple, a hint of nutmeg when warm. Flavors of rum, pineapple, coconut, orange, and again, a hint of nutmeg when warm. Smooth, thick for what it is, a solid lighter medium body, well carbonated.
Really like this one. The rum barrels are prominent, but not overly so. The coconut and pineapple have a strong presence. Kind of thick, well balanced and solid all around.
