Our house lager masterfully aged in locally-sourced rye whiskey barrels for 10 months and aged on hand-selected botanicals. Bursting with warming cinnamon notes and oatmeal cookies on the aroma, it is followed by a flavor of lush tangy currant and soft earthy plums for a beautiful balance of spice and fruit. These flavors intertwine perfectly with the notes of rye whiskey from the barrel. A wonderful finish of spice from rye whiskey and oaky vanilla to round out its amazing flavor.
