Served in a goblet glass at the Eastern Front Brewery in Mattituck, NY.
A: Pours a clear, straw color with less than one finger head, brief retention to no more than a ring, and little or no lacing.
S: Very low level aromas, but can imagine fruits like apple and pear.
T: Semisweet to semidry. Flavor more consistent with banana and cloves, maybe some tutti-fruit. Very low bitterness.
M: Light bodied with medium carbonation.
O: Somewhat outside the boundaries of an American Lager, but drinkable. Oddly reminded me of a German Kristalweizen in flavor.
