Served in a goblet glass at the Eastern Front Brewery in Mattituck, NY.
A: Pours a clear, copper color with ruby highlights, a solid one finger, wheat colored head, good retention and lacing.
S: Decent aroma level, mostly caramel and cola.
T: Semisweet. Flavors of caramel, cola, toast, red delicious apple, maybe some tutti-fruit. Very low bitterness.
M: Light bodied with medium carbonation.
O: Confusing flavor picture for a brew billed as a Pre-Prohibition Lager. Much more like an ale.
