Clear, golden yellow body; lively carbonation; thin yet lasting head with sheets and rings of foam along the glass. Earthy, herbal aroma; spicy. Spicy flavor combining notes of anise and mint; fairly strong bitterness; herbaceous. Medium body; tingly on the palate; mostly dry feel throughout.
A nice saison, lightly fruity with a strong herbal quality throughout.
