Another 32 ounce crowler from Beer Drop filled on 5/26. Fresh. While the brewer calls it a hefe/wit hybrid, I put it in the wit style because the orange/coriander is stronger than the banana/clove.
This was a gentle surprise enjoyed by many on a summer evening BBQ. Quenching and paired well with appetizers and the salad.;
Only my second from Woods Boss, I'm impressed. They push all the right buttons; but most importantly with me, they are figuring out the Belgian tradition and yeast at an early age (only four years old.) I hope to have more them, presumably via Beer Drop's innovative distribution network.
