Stihl Crazy (After All These Years)

This is a pretty good saison, probably a tweak of an earlier recipe but one I liked. It's a collaboration with Silver Moon brewing in Oregon, and it's got the requisite characteristics of a farmhouse ale. They offer it with or without a pine garnish, but I figured for my first taste I should keep it straight up and just try the beer as is. Next time I'll take them up on the pine to see how different it makes the beer - I presume the woodsy earthy flavors will come out more with that pine in there. As is, the beer gradually got more peppery as it warmed, so that was an interesting twist.
