An excellent Kolsch, exactly how it should taste. Fresh, lightly fruity, quenching, no overwhelming hop presence. Kudos. Like I'm in Cologne.

Hazy orange gold body, frothy foam that leaves behind a halo of spotty lace in the glass, and concentric rings down the sides of the glass.
Aroma is fairly nondescript, faint fruity yeast notes, wet grains.
Taste is smooth, lightly crackery with a minor fruity yeast note in the background. Crisp and drinkable is the name of the game. This is a warm weather quaffer to drink with ease. Ghostly and effervescent, would pair very well with food.
