Black with a billowing head of creamy tan foam, spotty lace all around the glass, lasting surface coverage.
Aromas of bitter bakers chocolate and light dry pine bitterness.
Taste carries the same notes, bitter chocolate and piney bitterness that lingers with a resiny stickiness. Moderately dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with a creamy texture, smooth and sessionable. Very nice balance, smooth texture. Hope they bottle this sometime down the line. Seems like a low-key cousin to Sticky Fat.
