Peach and lacto pale ale rolled out each year for our Balmoral brewery party. Slightly tart with mimosa energy and a full mouthfeel.

Tasted at The Big North 2 at Half Acre Brewing Company on August 19, 2017. A lacto pulsed peach pale ale. Nice peach aromas and flavors with a smooth creamy mouthfeel.

Opaque pale golden orange, thin froth of foam around the edges, patchy surface skim.
Smells like peach, pleasant fruitiness, slight acidic bile undercurrent, but the fruit dominates.
Taste is tart and lightly fruity, sort of like peach yogurt. Light acidity, I get the faint impression of stomach acid.
Light bodied, somewhat creamy feel, slightly watery. Overall it's interesting and refreshing but doesn't have much depth.
