L - Nothing given away; delicate lacing, decent foam-up
S - More curious bitter lemon, some real barnyard funk action, dunked in pineapple fringe
T - More of the same from the aroma, but has a delicate almost Champagne like LaCroix-meets-pineapple edge to it. Best part about it.
F - Good carbonation, super bone dry, has just a hint of clove spice at the end.
O - Not the greatest saison, not the greatest brett beer, but together? Really intriguing. Try it!

Tasted in a snifter from draft at Consume on January 2, 2019. Saison fermented with Brettanoymyces yeast. Light and dry with moderate funk. Notes of lemon and earth.

Wow! Got a pint of this at the brewery, in part because I wanted a lighter beer for mid afternoon. Look was fine but aroma and taste were superb. Lots of the funky and earth brett characteristics. A touch of ginger, lemon zest and a nice crisp feel.
