Tasted in a Spiegelau saison glass from a growler on December 3, 2018. Notes of lime zest, honey suckle, banana, melon, clove, , pear, bubblegum, green tea and pepper.

Had on tap. Basic saison in many ways, but a well done basic saison. There are aromas and tastes, clones of each other, that are leaders for the others. Honey, hay, malt, bread, and lemon, lead the yeast, grain, hops, and wheat. Overall solid in all aspects, but no flair to help it stand out.
