Whirlpool additions of Amarillo Cryo and Mosaic were followed up by a double dry hop of Citra, Mosaic Cryo, Amarillo Cryo and an experimental strain that puts out an aromatic profile like the exhaust fan at your local, earth-friend smoothie joint. Some classic bitterness keeps this beer tethered to history, but it pumps out and into pulp-scape.

In all honesty, as my buddy said, this is the " Best F##king Beer I have ever had in a can". I can't argue and desperately look for it in our local bottle shops/tap rooms. I last saw it here in cans about 2 years ago but other popular Half Acre offerings show up on a regular basis. It is a DDH hazy that is stunning. Off the charts. I worship this beer.

Picked up a 16 oz single can from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 3-3-20 for $4.49. Canned on 1-27-20; consumed 5-20-20. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a cloudy golden orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is very nice as orange, mango, grapefruit shine over a good sized pale malt base. Finishes well balanced with a good pulpy bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall i really like this beer, very pungent and flavorful!

Drank about four 4-packs of this and neglected to review...for shame.
It's hazy. Opaque pale orange, pulpy orange juice comes to mind. Ample frothy head, spotty lace.
Aroma is intoxicating, tropical fruit, mango, coconut, jackfruit.
Taste is mildly sweet up front with an ample bitterness that hits in the middle and lingers.
Tropical mango, citrusy grapefruit, bitter greens, traces of piƱa colada and pineapple.
Smooth and creamy, sometimes astringent, but a pretty nice texture.
Overall a great hazy imperial IPA, very drinkable.

Milky orange in color with yellowish hues and an opaque, unfiltered appearance. Poured with a moderate, creamy white foam with medium low retention. Fruity, sweet orange, pineapple rind, and pink grapefruit with a mellow dankness. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation and easy pleasant boozy warmth. Fruity citrus and tropical flavors with medium low bitterness and a solid malty backbone. Finished semi-dryly with tapering fruity and malty notes. Fantastic aromas, fruity and very easy drinking.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries and cotton candy are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of gooseberries and lychee fruit along with notes of cotton candy and hints of oranges. There is a moderate amount of bitterness, which particularly stands out in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is also a bit of juiciness.
O: This beer tastes like a classic IPA that has shades of New England IPA properties, particularly with its juiciness.

16oz can, date stamped 01/21/20. Brilliantly hazy light orange colored DDH DIPA is caoped by a frothy white head. Juicy tropical fruit, pineapple, and citrus aroma with faint pine. Lots of pineapple flavors go with the peach, tangerine citrus, pine, and guava; very light caramel malt base. Fuller body, ample carbonation, alcohol is warming, with a bittersweet finish. This was really good, as expected.
