Rings is a Belgian Blonde wyld ale aged six months in a French oak foeder before being conditioned for four weeks on fresh July Prince peaches from Mick Klug farm in MI.
Big notes of juicy peach with cantaloupe, pineapple and a quenching, medium-low acid presence.

Beautiful golden clear and lively body; light head production and retention, in line with the style.
Light and slightly tart; lemon, peach, straw, wildflower honey. Light tannins, and a bit of funky, cheesy earthiness.
Sharply sour and funky up front, but still very light; almost slick mouthfeel. Tea-like tannins; light honey or even agave nectar; lemon; flowers; oak; white grape; peach, but not too strong; fantastically complex yet as light as a dancer. Mild to moderate pucker; not overly sour, but not for a sour novice, either.
A bit of haze, minor particulate, and slightly more funk if you empty the bottom of the bottle into the glass. Worth it, in my opinion.

No bottling date I can find but picked up curbside from the brewery on 4/18/20
Consumed 4/25/20
It’s a very nice looking beer with soft lacing that seems to stick around after the pour. I don’t get a lot in the smell as I do a comparable Off Color or 3 Fonteinen kriek. I get some funk and a bit of peaches. I definitely taste more of the fruit than I smell. I love the balance of the fruit and funk and dry mouthfeel. Half Acre has been putting out some nice wild ales lately and I’ll continue to grab them.

Hazy pale orange, a finger of foam that fizzles away leaving no lace.
Aromas of dry oak and acidic peach, taste follows. Moderate tartness, soft and round. Pleasant feel with a nice effervescence, and a crisp dry finish.
Overall it’s very well balanced and has some barrel complexity after 11 months of aging. Not a huge fruit bomb, but a mature wild ale with ample peach presence.
