Not bad for a 5 year old micro that specializes in lagers... but also not worth returning to until they learn a bit more about the messy world of Belgian ales... particularly its yeasts. Decent in letting my world-famous ratatouille show its stuff, Baguette! earns some good Overall Hugs.
Roaring Table faces a common problem of competing in the Belgian market: a young brewer who specializes in lagers tries their hand at Belgians. This should be encouraged, but not without appropriate criticism when they fail to compete. Were it not decent accompaniment to summer fare, Baguette! would have failed to compete. If you want to be Belgian-inspired, know their yeasts !

Canned 5/24/22; drank 6/9/22 @ the Yarchives.
Mostly clear dull orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; decent lace.
Mild lemon, soft wheat & faint clove notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Apple cider, clove, banana & faint lemon flavors. Substantial, pleasant flavors here.
I'd have another!
