Canned 2-7-23, notes taken 2-25-23. Poured into a short Becher.
L -- Lightly hazy straw yellow with a sudsy white head that crashes quickly.
S -- Light notes of white bread and light herbal hops.
T -- Sweetish bready and grainy malts up front with a touch of lemon zest. Finish of slightly harsh,* bitter herbal hops. Light breadiness encores in the aftertaste with herbal hops.
*I did not get this harshness from the draft glass I sampled at the brewery.
F -- Mouthfeel is crisp to semi-dry with a light body.
O -- As the ink-jet message on the can's underside says, "It's just beer." This reminds me of the regional beers I used to drink in the 80s & 90s with a bit more hop hit and less malt character than some. A solid, no-brainer BBQ or lawnmower beer with a little more sophistication and personality.

Canned 2/7/23; drank 2/27/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; decent lace.
Corn & mineral water notes in the nose.
Medium thick.
Corn, mineral water & a hint of acorn on the palate.
Sorta rustic & enjoyable. I'd have another.
