I didn't know what to expect. I've had few beers in my life but this one was really great.

This is described as a raspberry Saison. On tap at the Woodinville brewery.
Handsome berry-tinged amber brew with barely a wisp of foam in the pint shaker. It's quite pleasantly fruity, but then rather sweet.Jam and syrup undertones. There is a little cereal flavor like Cheerios, and finally the yeasty taste.
There is a distinct dry finish but on the whole it's almost entirely unlike a Saison. The berry-like aroma is pleasant, though. Overall, an unconvincing brew that doesn't have a sense of style or even taste particularly beery.
