Live Free Or Rye

A clear bright amber color with a goodly off-white head and nice lacing. The aroma is wheat rye and some earthy malt, subtle but pleasant. The flavor follows suit with a tangy wheat and subtle rye, a hint of citrus in the background. There is a yeasty spiciness notable after a few sips, as well. It's aggressively carbonated with a medium light body and effervescent feel. Very refreshing and very drinkable if you can handle the bubblage. I liked it but prefer more rye and a mellower delivery of same. This has more of a crisp citrus sweetness but it's likable enough.
