On tap.
The appearance was a semi-pale burnt yellow color with a sustaining finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. Light lace, but sliding on into oblivion.
The aroma had some sweet to bitter clean citrus hoppiness glossing the malts quaintly to pronounce a good little bit of sweet grain and a little bit of grassiness.
The flavor was adequately sweet with a little bit of the grain coming in to make a good "bite" in the hops. There's some balance, and ends up flowing together quite well on into the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair amount of sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Somewhat smooth along my tongue.
Overall, pretty nice sessionable and Summer-like saison that I'd have again.
