Turbid golden dandelion appearance. Big, soapy white foam lies atop before simmering down to a glimmering sheen. Bright citrus, Buddha's hand, starfruit, and nectarine. The aroma is an exquisitely executed tango, ebbing and flowing, speedily exciting and slowly sensual at the same time. Slow burning bitterness. I like how the alchohol pokes thru the sweetness to provide some heat. Freshly smashed lemongrass, chalky greenness, pineapple finish.
