Our flagship IPA. Double dry hopped to bring out more hop presence. Flavors of orange and grapefruit with a heathy malt backbone.

This is a really decent IPA. It’s not my style, but I like it. Slight hops. Major grapefruit taste. It’s actually fairly oily for IPA. Fine laced carbonation.

Pale yellow gold with rich fluffy white foamy head and lacing. Mild citrusy scents of lemon. Taste is also mildly citrusy with notes of lemon and orange. Medium bodied, zesty, slightly dry finish. Pretty good.

Cloudy, white hued, dirty gold liquid. Small head which settles to rim bubbles. Some small streaks left on the glass as I consume the beer.

Berry and stone fruit aroma (peach, apricot, and strawberry). This is balanced with a floral hop background.

Smooth and rich mouthfeel with enough carbonation to prevent cloyness. This is the closest beer I’ve had to a malted milk. The taste retains the fruitiness but with a stronger pure barley malt base. The hop is subdued but present from the start of the swallow. The finish is blended well but creates a shorter aftertaste. Overall, this is a pleasant and repeatedly quaffable beer.

Absolutely nails the appearance and mouthfeel of the top NE-style IPAs. There's nothing much to complain about with regards to aroma and flavor, either, although those don't stand out quite as much as the superb mouthfeel.

Tasting (and aroma) notes are a bit of a melange of tropical and slight citrus flavors, in particular melon, mango, pineapple, and mandarin orange.
