Not a great porter, and I have low expectations for anything aside from NEIPA from this brewer, but will continue to try them all as this is a style I really dig.

Can from the Packie
Dark brown with a hint of garnet on the edge and a decent sized bubbly off white head that slowly recedes. Huge coffee on the nose with a hint of chocolate earth and coconut. More coconut in the flavor but its pretty subtle. Pretty nice.

Many thanks to SawDog505 for this Crowler.
A - Dark brown borderline black colored pour with a thick, creamy colored toffee colored head.
S - Roasted chocolate, cocoa, and delicate char aroma.
T - Roasted smokey chocolate, cocoa, some char, coffee bean.
M - Big medium body with some watery thinness on the back end.
O - A very solid coffee porter. Worth checking out.

Poured into a 16 oz Magnify Snulip glass from a fresh Crowler. Pours a very dark near pitch black near room temperature and got a massive 2 finger light brown head, that leaves some attractive wisps of lace behind, as it settles into a thin layer of tan bubbles.
Smell is dry coffee grounds, toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and hazelnut.
Taste follows, dry coffee, coconut, chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut.
Mouthfeel is almost medium, gentle carbonation, a tad dry and not a complaint, and at 6.5% drinks just like it should.
Overall if I had a complaint at all, it would be a little thinner than I prefer, but besides that the flavors are excellent like a OB Death by Coconut and Hot Box Coffee combined. More coffee for me than coconut and that is a good thing. This Brewery is legit, New Englanders take a drive to the Lakes Region, well worth it.
