Traditional German style gose ale brewed with sea salt and fresh ground coriander. The souring process gives the ale a sour tart character that almost makes your lips pucker as you sip. The salt makes you crave another sip while the coriander creates a lemon flavor that leads you to believe your drinking fresh squeezed lemonade. This is a dry, crisp, refreshing ale with a low ABV.

First I need to say, this isn't a style I love so I will rate it with that in mind. Poured out of a flight of 4. Pours a very light yellow, with very little head and no lace to speak of.

Smell is apple cider, must, mead, champagne, and some tart lemon peal.

Taste follows cider, musty, champagne, and some lemon juice.

Mouthfeel is true to the style thin, very little carbonation, not dry but slightly puckering, and goes down easy enough.

Overall not my thing, but this good and true to form, fans of the style will really like bitter and low in ABV.
