Poured at the source into a 16 oz can shaped pint glass. Pours a hazy yellow, with a finger white head, with some spotty lace.
Smell earthy, passion fruit, pineapple, and some grapefruit rind.
Taste follows some herbal honey dew, pineapple, passion fruit, and a nice dose of bitter grapefruit lingers on the tongue after each sip.
Mouthfeel is light, plenty of life with a fairly soft feel, maybe a tad dry, and goes down easy.
This one isn’t my favorite of the series of 4 single hop beers they have done, it actually drinks like the 5.3%.
