Not normal style, but what the heck I need to branch out once in awhile. Berliner Weiss Charlie Don’t Surf 5% ABV. Pours a very attractive hazy purple pink with a nice finger sticky head that leaves webs of lace behind. 4.5
Smell is pomegranate, must, fresh berries, some tangerine, and cider. 4
Taste follows must starts out with pomegranate, boysenberry, citrus lemon maybe, and some cider. 4
Mouthfeel about medium, plenty of prickly life, not dry, and goes easy, but has more flavor than a normal beer with only 5% ABV. 4.25
Overall this is way out of my comfort zone, but this is a really well made beer and I actually would get it again. 4

On draft at the brewery.
A gorgeous looking berliner. It's ruby red with a beautiful pink-white head.
Lots of berries and pomegranate on the flavor here. Tart, but not overly so.
Smooth yet crisp and dry. Refreshing.
Would definitely have this one again.
